Long before becoming a massage therapist, my life was shaped by caregiving and serving others. I spent years navigating fast-paced roles in customer service and sales, where I learned that true success comes down to listening, understanding individual needs, and delivering excellence.
However, my deepest capacity for care was forged at home through personal life experiences:
Navigating My Own Journey with Breast Cancer: Experiencing breast cancer firsthand fundamentally changed how I view health, healing, and body awareness. It taught me the profound value of gentle care, self-compassion, and stress relief during life’s most challenging moments.
Caregiving for My Family: I spent years caring for my mother during her own battle with breast cancer, as well as caring for my grandmother who was deaf and lived with dementia. These experiences taught me patience, non-verbal intuition, and deep compassion for those managing pain, fatigue, and cognitive strain.
